Job description: This is an oldish house with high ceilings,long drops on the stairwells, the skirtings are deep and the downstairs has coving & fancy architraves. Only 5 doors to paint as most are stripped. 1 window in hall. Some old water damage to ceiling needs to be made good. Hallway approx 10sq metres, landing 10 square metres & top landing 5 square metres.There 2 standard staircases with banisters & spindles.ceilings are high - approx 3 metres.
