Job description:I want high quality finish on the external woodwork - mortar around the windows also needs replacing. The windows were refurbished about 18 months ago (with draught proofing strips, new sills and re-weighted etc) and have been have been partly repainted but job has been left half finished. Want someone who is properly equipped and qualified to finish the job and is happy to demonstrate quality of previous work.
