Job description:- paint outside sash windows x 11 (some need touching up only some need painting completely. You'll need ladders.)
- rub down and paint small wrought iron gate
- minor repairs to brickwork of outside house walls (from foot of wall up to height of 40cms) and apply coat of bitumen paint
