Job description:1 large lounge, needs complete decorating, old wallpaper has been stripped, no plastering needed, 1 door, window is UPVC so doesn't need painting, room approx 16 x 11 feet, wouldn't mind paying a day rate so the job is done really well ie would prefer to pay more and get really top class job, rest of flat to be done also after this job is completed so more work available.
