Job description:2 door frames, 6 window frames, 2 outside walls. Ladders required for outside house painting and upstairs window frames. Window frames are wood - painted dark brown. Outside walls are half brick (lower), half painted (upper) - painted cream Window frames are in reasonable condition but paint is starting to peel off some. Outside house walls are in good condition - just a bit discoloured and stained. Needs refreshing.
