Flat Living room/dinning room - gally Kitchen ceiling. Toom stripped, papered and doors etc painted in Middleton

Job description:Flat with open living room/dinner and gally kitchen. the whole living area needs stripping and re-papering. Ceiling needs painting and window frame, scurting boards and doors (3) sanding and repainting. The Living Room/ dinning are would take 9 rolls of paper with no waste, (I have the paper it is an perfect match apparently) according to the arrows on the labels, actually have 12 rolls. Small kitchen ceiling needs smothing and re-papering and painting if necessary, dependant on paper. May lead to more work and would like stairs re-painting, possibly at the same time dependant on quote. I would like to know labour and any material required.
