Job description:2 Storey house at front on hill so 3 storeys at back. Rendered surface requires 2 coats of white paint. Wood frame windows in good repair to be painted white. New plastic guttering front and back. Scaffolding will be required at back and side elevation. Front door to be replaced with wooden door to be painted white.
