Job description:54 Carlow Street Prepare walls basically as required, ideally maintaining current paper and paint on top, (and repaint using neutral magnolia colour, in Lounge ( 3.89m x 3.84 m and dining area 3.71m x 2.79m and kitchen, (paint kitchen walls white) size 4.17m x 2.21m (part tiled), plus hallway, stairs, small landing, , three bedrooms sizes 3.23m x 3.81m , 3.33m x 1.63m and 1.96m x 2.11m. Walls all magnolia exept Kitche. Some bedroom walls are a dark colour so will need undercoat. Rest should be OK with a simple One coat solution. This is a buy- to Let property, so is mainly required for cosmetic purposes. All wooden skirting boards to be white gloss. (Window sills on inside also white gloss) Window panes are white PVC double glazed so no painting required. Bathroom- skirting only and repair (if possible) small area to side of bath needs new wooden skirting installed. We will have a number of other properties to quote on too. Can pay cash if preferred.
