Job description:3 bedroom house in middlesbrough has had a complete electricity rewire due to a fault. The channels in walls where the wires have gone have been poorly filled by the electrician. As a result, wallpaper will need to be completely stripped off, gaps filled, excess filling/plaster will need to be sanded/repaired, and new wallpaper hanged in the following rooms: Master bedroom (approx 4m X 3.5m) Downstairs front room (approx 3m x 3m) Downstairs back room (approx 3m x 3m) Downstairs kitchen (approx 3.5m x 2.5m) Alternatively, the walls can be prepared and painted. You can view the property on friday, start required ASAP.
