Job description:Ideally someone who can do/organise a complete job that will require old loft insulation taking out and loft area drying out (and probably rest of bungalow drying too); polystyrene ceiling tiles (nearly all down) taking down and ceilings (good condition) skimmed and painted. Wallpaper (nearly off) taking off, walls prepared and lined and painted. Woodwork repaired/replaced (swollen), prepared and painted; some wall tiling; wet carpets taken up. Affects kitchen, bathroom, large hall, dining room, bedroom and probably whole of lounge. Electrics need work too because were soaked and now a number of circuits do not work. Average sized three bedroom bungalow. Walls and ceilings were soaking wet but now starting to dry. Paper and paint peeling off but structurally sound. Available for viewing on Wednesday 9 March. Possibility of need for a new kitchen too. Will also require new flooring throughout. NG24 area
