Job description:Need to redecorate entrance way and staircase in purpose built upper maisonnette. One wall has crack that would need filling with decorator's caulk or plaster filler, including an area between cornice and ceiling at doorway. Walls have white matt gloss dado rail, which hopefully does not require re-painting. White ceiling may not need repainting. Wall two neutral colours above and below dado rail. Photographs available. House currenlty rented so would need to arrange access with tenant.
