Redocorate flat in Westgate

Job description:I would like to get my 12th floor council flat completely redecorated internally. It has 2 bedrooms, hall, living room, small internal balcony, kitchen and bathroom. I'm not sure about whether any plastering will be needed. The windows and sills are presently being replaced and therefore they will not require to be done - except perhaps the balcony entrance windows. There are 6 doors. The previous occupant used very strong paint colours but I would like more neutral shades. I would like to get the work done in the second half of September if that is possible. Please only quote if you can manage that. Many thanks!
