Apply lining paper and emulsion to walls. Emulsion Ceiling. Filling cracks in deep plaster coving and paint. Oil based Eggshell to all Skirting and Archatraving and door. 2nd Double Bedroom - no bay window. (approx 15ft x 10ft) wallpaper strip, make walls/ ceiling good (eg; Filler). Apply lining paper and emulsion. Oil based Eggshell to all Skirting and Archatraving and door. Put up Coving possibly. 3rd Bedroom - Single Room - no bay window.Approx 6ft x 9ft) wallpaper strip, make walls/ ceiling good (eg; Filler). Apply lining paper and emulsion. Oil based Eggshell to all Skirting and Archatraving and door. Put up Coving possibly. Landing - Fill cracks in deep plaster coving- Emulsion Walls/ celing, Oilbased eggshell to Skirting and bannisters.(gallery landing). Hall and stairs - Eggshell emulsion to Wood panelling.
