Job description:Surfaces to be made good. All internal walls & ceilings need emulsion. Glosswork to skirting boards, window shelves (not the frames), door frames and stairs (landing has glossed ballustrades) to be painted. House is a new build. It will be empty. Is in good decorative order. Landlord moving back after tenants so wants it brought back to as new condition. Room sizes (feet): Lounge - 21 x 12 Kitchen - 12 x 10 (however mainly cupboards / tiles) Dining - 12 x 11 (through kitchen so no dividing wall) Bed 1 - 13 x 12 Bed 2 - 16 x 9 Bed 3 - 10 x 9 Bed 4 - 13 x 8 Study - 8 x 7 Hall & landing - approx total 70' of walls including 10 doors (don't need painting) Stairs - from ground floor to first floor - straight run. Bathroom - 9 x 7 Ensuite - 8 x 6 WC - 7 x 6 Work required from 11th Sept to 25th of September.
