Job description:Whole house internal decoration to include : 1) Hall / Landing / Down stairs cloakroom This includes filling the gap along the stairs with flexible filler to reduce the amount of future damage to the wall and painting the walls and ceilings with magnolia matt emulsion and the currently painted wood work with magnolia Vinyl silk. This work should take approx 2 days. 2) Bathroom This includes painting the walls and ceilings with magnolia matt emulsion and the currently painted wood work with magnolia Vinyl silk. I have also included repairing the window ledge from the water damage. Also included is removing and replacing the silicone along the bath with anti-mold silicone and touching up any missing bits / holes around the sink etc. 3) Kitchen / Lounge This includes painting the walls and ceilings with magnolia matt emulsion and the currently painted wood work with magnolia Vinyl silk. The paint for the kitchen is specifically for kitchens and therefor more durable and wipe clean. 4) All Bedrooms x3 This includes painting the walls and ceilings with magnolia matt emulsion and the currently painted wood work with magnolia Vinyl silk. 5) Trial repair of scratched wood work in the hall and landing we will try and repair the scratches in the wood by using coloured wood filler and wood dye but we cannot guarantee that it will totally blend with the existing colurs and if not then all of the wood work may need re-staining.
