Job description:External painting of Front Door and Garage Door, replacing front door brass fittings with chrome , i.e. handle, letter box, view, door chain, kick board trim, and an additional door knocker. Both the garage door and front door are currently painted blue and worn and are needing preparation and painting in a hard wearing black (if poss 'slightly glossy finish') paint. PURCHASE OF MATERIALS - We are happy to source and pay for the door fittings (with guidance please) and for the tradesperson to source the paint etc and we will pay for in ADDITION TO THE LABOUR COST. REMOVAL of old door fittings/furniture. STANDARD size front door (on a property only 8 yrs old). ACCESS to front door via small front garden with slightly sloping pathway. DRIVEWAY good size leading to garage door. URGENT we would like to get this job done ASAP to take advantage of the good weather! PLEASE PHONE AFTER 5PM many thanks.
