Job description:Need a three floor flat to be completely painted white on the interior. There's also a stair railing that needs to be redone. It's all in good shape and doesn't need much prep, just want it to look fresh and cover some scuff marks on the walls from previous tenants. The top floor is one room, second floor is the kitchen, bathroom, and two closets, and the third floor is two bedrooms and a small bathroom. It's already painted in a mix of cream and white paint, which is mostly in good shape, save the few cracks and smudges I mentioned beforehand.
