Job description:Redecoration of annex. 4 rooms, kitchen/diner, bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. All magnolia walls, emulsion, white ceilings, (emulsion) white skirtings, window cills and doors, gloss. Windows are UPVC so not required. Main house. All walls emulsioned, mainly magnolia, some other colours. White ceilings (emulsion). Skirtings, window cills and door frames white gloss. Doors are wooden so may need coat of varnish. 2 reception rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 utility, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing. Approximate sq footage of 2,000 for both properties. Old cottage is part of main house so low ceilings, annex new build 10 years ago. All in reasonable order, annex needs painting as last tenant was a smoker (last painted 3 years ago). Main house needs a bit more work as there are some cracks, wall finishes mainly rough due to old house, rooms are not very square in the old part.
