Job description:Treat certain walls in 3 rooms with mould inhibitor and repaint (coloured paint already purchased). Tile small area around pipework boxing (approx 2'sq) and replace missing skirting in bathroom (approx 4'). May also require skimming or sanding to one wall in the kitchen and repaint (budget would be increased to allow for this). There may be other small jobs to do so please contact me if you would feel confident to do some boxing in and replace a towel rail too).
