Job description:walls need lining and painting. Paintwork needs rubbing down and painting. Old wallpaper is all already stripped. Some ceilings just need painting as the paper is in good condition. 5 beds, 2 reception rooms. each has a door and a window. Plus kitchen and bathroom ceilings to be painted. 2 storey property: stairwell to be done too. 5 new windows are primed and need to be painted externally. 3 are small and 4 are on ground floor; one on first floor. 3 rooms are quite small; the rest are good size: house built 1904.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
