Job description:I will require Wall paper to be removed and then fitted in both the living room and bathroom However, please give me two quotes, one if the wall paper is removed first and the other if you remove the current wall paper There may be some minor skimming involved in the bathroom I will supply the wall paper only The circumfrance of the living room is 19M and From top to bottom it is 2.5 M but I will have the top half with one wall paper and the other half with another one. Just under a third of the wall paper has been painted over in this room I only require the bottom half of the bathroom wall decorating The circumfrance of the bathroom is 5 M and 1 M from top to bottom The price you quote will include everything such as paste, labour, trips to the shop and plastering if required, although I do not think it will be as all the walls are in very good condition. I may have some external painting but would discuss this with you. Thank You
