Painting the hall, stairwell in Blackbird Leys

Job description:We need the walls of a small hall, a dog-leg stairwell (so taller than the average ladder!) and a small landing painting magnolia (already this colour). This will require dealing with some plaster cracks etc. The ceilings in the same areas (which are stippled plaster) will also need freshening with a coat of white paint. We would also like the woodwork  skirting boards and door frames (not the doors themselves) throughout the house repainting in white. There are 11 door frames in total  4 of which will only need the fames repainting from 1 side (i.e. the cupboard under the stairs, 2 x fitted wardrobes and the airing cupboard). Currently the skirting boards and door frames in hall, stairwell and landing woodwork is painted dark brown but the skirting boards and door frames in rest of the house are painted white.
