Job description:Strip old wallpaper (the plaster underneath maybe cracked - 1930s era), skim/plaster textured paint on ceiling of hall. Wallpaper hall up to picture rail,and up stairs to first floor. Paint remaining new plastered walls up to second floor. Paint ceilings. All woodwork, bannisters / doorframes, skirting etc will be done by us.
