Job description:4 storey house with basement in exposed position. Grade 2* listed. In relatively good condition but will need cleaning, some minor repair and filling and some renovation to wooden windows. The roof needs looking over, but it is new. Gutters need cleaning and painting, along with down pipes. There is a small roof garden with decking that will need to be raised and painted.
