Job description:Job 1. 100 year old detatched Victorian house needs complete external paint job - painted brick. (windows and doors are new so don't need any attention). All walls need painting in one colour and accent colour on window sills. Job 2. Internal gloss work on hall, stairs and landing including doors, door frames, banisters and skirting boards. Lots of chips in paintwork could be filled and patched. House is a rental so stripping right back and re-doing is unnecessary in this case. Could be other work too as we move along with project.
