Job description:Room size approx 17'x12' with 2 windows approx 6'w x 4'd + 3'w x 4'd. Anaglypta on walls with 7" border beneath cornice in contrasting colour, ceiling rose in contrasting colour. Dado rail with Anaglypta paneling also in contrasting colour Inside of front door + door leading to small area approx 6'x3' with 3 more doors, no dado just picture rail + loft cover. Emulsion to ceiling + walls. Gloss ( water based ) to doors + skirting + windowsill and dado rail. Re-paper approx 5' across chimney breast beneath dado rail ( paneling suplied ) and around fire. Contrasting colour also suplied.
