Job description:12 rooms plus hall and landing need decorating with paint to a good standard. Most rooms currently have wallpaper which will need removing, plastering or lining paper where required and cracks filed in. Doors will need to be dipped to remove old paint. door frames and skirting to a good finish. Project to start within June 2011. contract required with stage payments. 2nd phase would be external painting work
