Decorate bedroom (Making minor repair to the ceiling at the same time) in Abbey

Job description:The smallest bedroom in the house needs to be painted and wallpapered. The ceiling also needs some repair/decoration after it became "slightly wet" when the roof leaked (Nothing very significant). The flat roof has since been repaired. The room is approx 9ft by 12ft (Not measured - just a guess). I am posting this request on behalf of my elderly mother as it relates to her premises and not mine (The son).
