Gutters need cleaning and small leaks repaired. Double garage, wood up and over doors. Conservatory in white, hardwood frames. Parking in drive Want done this autumn if possible. Budget stated of £4k based unreliable. Budget will follow tradesmen's estimates, could be more or less.
