Make good decoration of bedroom following roof leak in Minster

Job description:Small leak caused staining on one wall and a small part of ceiling in one bedroom of my apartment. The leak was over a bay window and only one wall should need decorating if colour matching is good.. Ceiling is white and wall is a shade of cream. This is a small job but I require two written estimates to send to the insurance brokers of our management company who accept responsibility for the damage. I have selected 'under £1000' as budget but have no real idea what it would cost so do not take this too seriously.
