Job description: 1) Lounge with Bay window – There is a big patch of wall paper missing from the ceiling and you can see the plaster. It therefore needs to be wallpapered and painted white. There is also signs of mould forming below the bay window which needs to be wiped down. As a result of the leak there are water stains on the carpet near the window. 2) There are also a few skirting boards loose underneath the bay window 3) Kitchen – slight mould in the storage opening. The kitchen ceiling and wall still has leak marks over them due to them drying out. This will need to be painted over to cover the stains.
