Job description:Small Bathroom: Strip window frame and sill (double window) of all old/flaking paint. Seal/undercoat as necessary and repaint in oil eggshell. Rub down walls and repaint in kitchen/bathroom paint. We will provide all top coat paint (and undercoat if necessary). Three walls in the small bedroom need repainting in the existing colour. Small patch of ceiling in dining room requires rubbing down and repainting due to a water leak.
