Job description:It is a three-bedroom house and we are talking about the complete house. I am not sure if it needs any plastering on the walls, but the ceiling is artex, perhaps asbestos, and almost certainly we will need someone to encapsulate it. We need to start the work on 14 May or as soon as possible after this date.
