Job description:Please provide a quotation for exterior painting for 3 bed bungalow (rendered concrete walls, UPVC windows / doors) Roof line woodwork to be replaced with UPVC. Also please quote following options: UPVC Cladding rather than replacement for roofline woodwork. to replace UPVC front door Work to be completed by Early Summer 2009 Note; This is a holiday property. Occasional access can be arranged, but bungalow will be unoccupied & locked when working. Temporary access to garage (power) and external tap is possible.
