Job description:Due to water ingress back bedroom wall has blown plasterboard all around the window area. This requires removing and replacement, possible rendering required. Finally the decorative order re-instated, being re-wallpaper and painted to match existing colour. Plus ceiling needs damp stains addressing, so possible total ceiling repaint.
