Painting stairs ceiling in Milton

Job description:Ceiling is 10ft in length by 2.ft
Top of stairs to ceiling height is 9ft
Bottom of stairs to ceiling height is 18 ft.
Due to not having ladder I'm unable to complete the job and just need someone to help finish it off.
