Job description:Rendered detached 3 bed property construced 2005. There are 4 cracks to be filled and some hairline cracks and repaint all external walls. Expeience of filling cracks with correct product for rendered property is required. NHBC has checked and confirmed that cracks are superfical. I would also like examples of work completed. The cracks once treated must not show through paint. I will expect the work to be completed in an agreed time frame.
