Job description:One wall requires decorating including replacement of the wooden barge board which is in a poor state of repair. Access to the wall (towards the top) is tricky as there is a pan-tile roof that abuts the wall half-way up. We have been informed that the pan-tile roof (part of the Woolpack pub) is in a poor state of repair. Scaffolding is required, although a tower on the road side, linking across to the rear without weight bearing down on the pan-tiled roof. - Magnolia masonry paint, 2 coats - Area is in the region of 6 to 8 meters square - Barge board to be either plastic replacement or wood in black On site review recommended, a picture can be provided for reference.
