Painting external walls and barge boards in Mickfield

Job description:This property is in Debenham. it is a small Victorian property with four sash windows to the front and back (that will not require painting) All exterior walls will need painting, the two front doors will require painting and the barge boards on both sides of the roof may need to be replaced. The front of the property is on the pavement and the back opens onto a small courtyard. The North wall is in someone elses garden (we have rights to maintain our property) so this is not a huge problem. The South side of the property ajoins the pub garage. A site visit would probably be worthwhile. Job needs doing in summer months (July-September)
