cloakroom, small office, hall, stairwell and utility room.
4 bedrooms, 10x10', 7x7' 10.5x12' and 10x12.6' plus landing. Include gloss work to skirting etc. New plaster finish throughout plus external and 23 windows. Day rate also acceptable. Thanks!
