Job description:This is a converted house of 4 flats. The building now requires some attention. There is water ingress into a couple of the flats so some re-pointing maybe required. I beleive the guttering may need to be renewed. Whilst up there we need the roof to have any fixing required. The windows and any woodwork needs painting and some may require some attention. There is some masonry that would need painting as well.
