Job description:removing old paper and hanging a simple patterned wallpaper prob painted magnolia and prob same pattern throughout + skirts and doors tbc. 2nd and 3rd room for sure + quote for main room as extra. Both rooms have 1 window and generally in good condition - a few picture holes to be filled. Bed 2 approx 12 x 12 bed 3 approx 9 x 8
