Job description:Redecorate porch (excluding front door), hall, stairs and landing: repair and artex ceilings and coving (wet leather design); carefully repaper two walls only with William Morris-designed paper (N.B. neither wall is in stair well); make minor repairs to remaining walls and emulsion them (3 coats); rub down all woodwork then repaint with under and top coat incl.: glass-panelled door to porch (all surfaces; different colour to other paintwork), edge and outer surface only of 11 doors (different colour to other paintwork;), 12 door surrounds, downstairs plate rack (2 walls), 1st floor window sill (window itself is UPVC), loft trap door, all skirting boards and panelled banister to both stairs and landing.
