Job description:3 storey house with 1 window on top floor, 5 first floor, remainder ground. I have had new doubleglazed sashes (primed only) fitted into existing boxes. I am looking to sand down/prepare boxes/frames inside and out and repaint. and finish off painting new sashes. I would like to use water-based/microporous paint rather than solvent based paint if possible.
