Job description:We have a number of areas that require minor repairs and painting/decorating, including the hall and staircase area, 2x bedrooms, and 2x bathrooms. Additional work may be offered if feasible and reasonably priced (dinning room, kitchen ceiling, banisters etc). We require a full quote for job with estimated start and finish dates. We are flexible on dates and happy to allow weekend or some evening work. Please ensure your quote includes removal and re-installation of any heating radiators, lights any other fixtures. Carpets, flooring and furniture are to be covered at all times. We can supply paint as you require/specify. Payment will be post completion or in parts with a minimum of 30% post completion.
