Redecorate living room after a flood in the house in Worksop North

Job description:I require my living room to be redecorated as the skirting had to be removed to replace the flooring. Due to this with the damage to the lower part of the wall my insurance company has authorised the room to be redecorated. I already had someone round to offer a quote. The tradesman was initially going to quote for a full redecoration - floor to ceiling as his advice was that new paint makes old paint look old and wont look right. I'm pretty happy with that. I've been waiting several weeks for the quote and upon calling have been promised it through the post but still nothing so looking for any genuine offers as I require the work to start pretty soon. Details of what is required: Bottom of the wall needs reskimming from removing the skirting. Walls ceilings, 2 x doors, coving, window pain repainted. New skirting put in. I'm not sure on the budget, cheapest quote wins via the insurance I guess.
