Job description:We are about to put our house on the market and need someone to sort out some internal finishes to make it a bit more presentable. House is 6 years old timber frame and all internal finishes still magnolia painted plasterboard. Settling cracks were never sorted out, nothing major but a bit of work needed on the stairs in particular. Couple of minor leakages from poor plumbing upstairs have left marks on ceilings. All work would need to be done my mid January.
