Job description:Refurbishment of 2 bedroomed terraced house. Interior - Kitchen/diner (140sq ft) - Supply and fit new kitchen including sink and oven including flooring and repainting/finishing. Bathroom (36sq ft) - Supply and fit new bathroom suite, including retiling, flooring and repainting/finishing. Bedroom 1 - removal of carpet, sorting out floor boards maybe sanding and varnishing or replacement flooring and repainting, same with bedroom 2. Hall way stairs and landing replastering or repapering and painting. Lounge - removal of dado rail refinishing and repainting. Potential replacement fire place. Heating - replace boiler and all rads throughout. Exterior - replace guttering front and rear and bathroom waste pipe. Replaster walls front and back and repaint.
