Gable end needs existing patches of render removing and re-render of whole gable end in Ashby Ivanhoe

Job description:One gable end needs retired render to be removed to prevent further damp to interior walls. Entire wall then needs re-render. Also the chimney needs repointing and lead flashings around it need to be made water tight or replaced if required. We also need a firewall erecting to subdivide the loft area from a neighbouring property. This must be thermalite brickwork or gypsum approved stud wall and any pipes, wiring or support must be corrected after construction with firestop assemblies. This work must be certified.
