Job description:one room 3 x3.5 metres with artex ceiling and some water damage. A hall (3.6 x 2.6 m) and vestibule (1.35 x 1.25m) with artex covering and now damage. All with plain coving. Repair of water damage and replaster to cover all the artex decorative finish.
